Our Warranty Promise

We guarantee that all Deko Living products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If an issue arises, we’ll work with you to make it right—because your satisfaction is our priority.

 

What We Cover

  • Craftsmanship: We will replace parts with defects in materials for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase.
  • Fabric: Our fabric is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against deterioration under normal use.
  • Frames: The structural integrity of our furniture frames is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

 

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

While we stand behind the quality of our products, certain exclusions apply to our warranty:

  • Commercial Use: Our warranty applies to residential use only and does not cover items used in commercial settings.
  • Improper Care or Storage: Damage resulting from neglect, improper maintenance, or inadequate storage conditions is not covered.
  • External Damage: Issues caused by accidents, misuse, or external forces (e.g., storms, vandalism) are excluded.
  • Cushion Compression: Natural settling or softening of cushions over time is expected and not considered a defect.
  • Glass Tabletops: Breakage or damage to glass components is not covered.
  • Cushion Components: Foam, liners, and cushion interiors are not covered (warranty applies to fabric only).
  • Wildlife or Pet Damage: Damage caused by animals or pets is not covered under this warranty.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at customerservice@dekoliving.com. Be sure to include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem
  • Your original order information (if available)

Our team will review your claim and work with you to find a prompt and fair resolution.
